I went to see my sister's kids where she'd taken them to make her daughter's hair. There, I saw a very young lady who looked old; she was cooking close to a kiosk when I walked into the compound that housed the traditional stylist, but we exchanged pleasantries.
Having spent some time with my nephew and niece, I left the way I'd come. When she felt I was close enough, she smiled and went 'Bros, I dey on top table o.'
This time, she was seated with her plate of rice and stew on the table; there was neither meat nor fish, just survival.
I returned that sweet smile with an amazing flash of mine; it was about her strength and hard work... I couldn't help adding 'thank you' for her attempt at living, being understood and giving.

"A friend told me years back that he has been having series of problems with the girl he wants to settle down with, I advised he should let go if its not working out & he said 'I hv spent so much money on her, infact I'v put in so much, I'll b a loser if I let go now' I gave up bcos he wasn't ready 2 listen 2 me. 2days later on my way 2 work, i saw d girl in question & offered her a ride, on our way she told me all d issues in her affairs with my friend, I told her 2 let go if its nt working out and she said 'I have given him the better part of my life, who will eat d leftover, he wants to leave me for another girl, over my dead body' I didn't want to push further because she wasn't ready to listen as well. In their troubles, they got married months later thinking marriage was the solution. I just stepped out of d court room where the two are fighting for a divorce after 2 years of marriage, I called both to remind them how much money, time, efforts & better parts of their life they have putting & given in, but both now say all that are not important anymore. they have less than 24hours to get a divorce"....... The 1,082ft cruise ship set to be named by the Duchess of Cambridge has been unveiled ahead of today's launch with a set of images that reveal the lavish interior and impressive rooms of the multimillion pound boat.
Named the Royal Princess, the latest ship to be built by Princess Cruises certainly lives up to its regal name.
Due to be launched in a traditional naming ceremony, the spectacular cruiser has everything the well-heeled guest could possibly want, including a fully-equipped games room, casino and a spa.
The Royal Princess also has a 28ft glass-bottomed viewing gallery, 10 different restaurants including one that specialises in steak and lobster, and 1,780 luxury staterooms.

A teenager who was given painkillers and antacids after complaining of stomach pains died of bowel cancer just weeks after her misdiagnosis.
Layla Watt, 19, visited her GP surgery at least five times in January and February of this year, but each time she saw a different doctor.
Each one suspected she was suffering with Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS) until her final appointment in February when the GP said her symptoms required immediate attention.

This, in my opinion, is a load of smelly hog-wash, because if you met me, you'd never guess I'm one of the great unwashed. I don't stink, people don't back away, handkerchief to nose when I walk in the room and neither do I look grubby

My hair always looks healthy and glossy and my skin crystal-clear, but a daily shower isn't something I slavishly factor into my morning ritual, even though I have many girlfriends who rise an hour before their family to scrub, blow-dry and chemically spritz themselves to a state of fragranced perfection.
